Prices are per day or per week and are inclusive of all services (water, electricity gas, heating and air conditioning).
In addition to the established price will be applied for € 200.00 as a deposit to cover possible damages. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay. In addition, we ask you € 40.00 for final cleaning. Upon booking you will need to send a deposit of 25% for stays longer than 3 days, or the cost of one night for stays of 3 nights. In case of cancellation the deposit will be fully refunded if made at least 30 days before the reserved date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations less than 30 days.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in is from 03.00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM, to allow cleaning of the apartment.
The apartment is considered for 4/5 people. The venue prohibits smoking and pets are not allowed.
